communication skills have earned him a promotion from CAD Specialist to Jr.
Applications Engineer with Visa Lighting’s thriving Applications group. In this new
position Schwade will help customers meet their design needs on variation products.
With a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of WI-Stout, and four years
experience in both design engineering and production management, Schwade is well
equipped to modify standard fixtures or design custom products to meet unique
