Architect: Design Collaborative - William R. Ledger, AIA, ACHA The Avatar-Metro CV2020 Asymmetric Luminaire is a beautiful and versatile fixture. In this application, the standard product which uses T5 was lengthened to 38" to accommodate T8 lamps. In addition, a custom baffle was added horizontally to allow separated up and down lights. A second ballast was added to provide dual circuit control between the two lamps. The CV2020 Avatar-Metro features a white diffuse lens on one half, supplying soft, ambient light. The other side uses a clear prismatic lens, supplying caregivers the direct light needed for exams. Being a fully enclosed fixture makes it perfect for cleaning in a clinic or hospital setting.

The Avatar-Metro series is available in 18", 24" 36" and 48" nominal lengths and can be ceiling or wall mounted. This family of product is available with any one of Visa's standard powder coat paint colors. RAL and custom color matching services are offered on all Visa Lighting products. The accent bars and end caps can be produced in one of many popular metal finishes to follow the designer's interior aesthetic.
