Our People

At Visa Lighting we believe the difference between a good company and a great company is its employees. Our staff is a diverse meld of unique backgrounds and life experiences that bring varied skill sets to Visa.

Employee empowerment is experienced from the shop floor to administrative offices in the form of Team Meetings, Committees, including informal gatherings with the most senior staff. We strive to be the best place to work as named by our employees.

But all work and no play can make a dull day. At Visa, free time means more than the standard “break room”. Pool tables, flat screen television, pinball games, basketball, horseshoes and full work out facilities allow our employees to de-stress while lunching on delicious meals from the full service cafeteria. After hours, employees team together as bowling and softball teams, coach youth programs like soccer, basketball and football, participation in area events such as Third Ward Gallery Nights and First Fridays at the Milwaukee Art Museum.
